  • What is the shipping time for custom items with beading and extension details?
    For custom items with beading and extension details, the shipping time is typically 4 to 8 weeks. However, items requiring intricate details may take 3 to 6 months for delivery. Please consider this timeline when placing your order for custom pieces.
  • WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
    No exceptions, all custom designs are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. An email or written claim for missing, wrong, or damaged items must be made within one week of receipt of the order. Please inspect all items upon arrival. An email or written claim for dissatisfaction for any other reason must be made within 30 days of receipt of the style. Return and exchange requests for non-sale merchandise are accepted for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Email: info@myonnefashion.com
  • HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
    All return requests must be made via email or in writing. Please mail or email us your return request, noting the style number, the reason for the return, the name of your customer that we shipped to, and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
